PROCESSING TIME: 3-5 business days, during holiday season or launches it may take up to 8 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION: You can request to cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase, but I will not cancel anything after this time. I will not accept order cancellations for orders over $100 or more.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

All jewelry and accessories sold on this store are unique and handcrafted. Although we place great importance on the finishing of our products, small imperfections such as small air bubbles in the clay or resin are possible and normal, as are small notches due to sandblasting or drilling of the pieces.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen products.

If the package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, the buyer is responsible for paying for reshipping.
